MICA WEDDING
Documentary Wedding Photography with an Editorial Touch
Based between Germany and Switzerland, I work with a calm, intuitive presence, photographing true emotion and unforced intimacy with quiet awareness. Working in new places like the tuscany hills has taught me to slow down and truly observe — every destination carries its own rhythm, from the way light moves through a villa to the stillness before dinner or a fleeting exchange no one else notices.
I love holding back, allowing moments to unfold naturally, stepping in only when subtle direction brings clarity and strength to the frame. Using digital, film and Super 8, each story is captured with depth and intention — rooted in documentary honesty, shaped by an editorial eye, and created to feel effortless now and relevant for decades to come.

„Michaela captured our wedding day perfectly — authentic, emotional, and beautiful. We felt completely at ease with her throughout the day. A clear 12/10 — an absolute recommendation!“

FAQ
We feel a bit awkward in front of the camera — is that a problem?
Not at all. Most of my couples feel this way. You don’t need to know how to pose or act. I create an atmosphere where you can simply be yourselves, and everything else follows naturally.
Do you photography multi-day celebrations?
Absolutely. Pre-wedding events, welcome dinners, and day-after gatherings are a beautiful way to tell a fuller story and can be included in your coverage.
